On the Use of Facilities
Please note the following terms of use before requesting the use of our facilities.
Reservation forms must be submitted by fax.

Application period
The application period starts three months before the intended day of use, and ends two weeks before the same.
Terms of use
1. Days and hours
The facilities may be used only on days and hours when the museum is open.
2. Ensuring safety, no disturbance
Event organizers are asked to ensure participants' safety at all times, and to take precautions not to disturb visitors to the museum in any way.
3. Notification of results
Within five days of formally receiving the application, the museum will inform the applicant (contact person) whether or not the request has been approved.
* Please refrain from calling on others to participate in the prospective events, unless you've received permission to use our facilities.
(If you announce such events or take other unilateral actions before you've received confirmation from us, the museum assumes no responsibility for any consequences of such actions.)
4. Preliminary consultation
This involves discussions on lunch reservations, desk and seating arrangements for the Main Hall, and other details.
