For Members of the Press (News gathering and stock photo requests)

Members of the press wishing to conduct news gathering at the museum or requesting use of our stock photos are asked to download and fill out the request forms below, and send them back by fax or e-mail.
We will contact you after considering your requests.

Steps to news gathering:

1. A request is sent using the form above.
2. The museum considers the request and decides whether or not to approve the request.
3. If approved, the date will be negotiated.
4. News gathering takes place.

• * The text resulting from the news gathering efforts must be sent to us for proofreading prior to publication.
• * We ask that you give us a copy of the publication or a printed excerpt carrying the resulting article.

Acceptable purposes of use

1. Publication on newspapers, magazines, TV, and websites that generates publicity and promotion for the museum.
2. Inclusion in books, textbooks, and reference materials such as corporate newsletters and published corporate histories.

* Use of the photos for sales promotion and other commercial purposes is prohibited.

Stock photos available for the press:

1. Photos of museum facilities (interior and exterior views)
2. Snap photos of the regular exhibition at the museum
3. PR photos of themed exhibitions and events (vehicle exhibits and snap photos of the show)
4. Photos of vehicles in the regular exhibition List of Vehicles

• * As a rule, up to ten photos may be borrowed.
• * We are putting downroad service of some photos.
