With a guided tour, visitors can see how body parts are welded onto a vehicle body and parts are assembled to form a complete vehicle. Tours are available Monday to Friday, except on Toyota company holidays.
Individual visitors and small groups of up to 15 people
Individual visitors and small groups will be combined with others to form a larger group of up to 40 people. Tours are offered either in English or Japanese, starting at 11:00 A.M. and ending at 1:00 P.M. Visitors are required to register at the reception of Toyota Kaikan by 10:30 A.M. Groups of 16 people or more
Groups of 16 people or more are requested to come to the designated plant by chartered bus where a Toyota guide will join them. Tours are offered either in English or Japanese. Tours can be arranged to start at 9:30 A.M., 1:00 P.M., 1:30 P.M. or 2:00 P.M., and take between 60 and 130 minutes, depending on which combinations of the assembly area, welding area and the museum, that the group visits.
