Hi-CT
The Hi-CT is a concept car built on the idea of pioneering a "cool" and "enjoyable" car suited to the thinking and lifestyles of the youth. The model is the brainchild of a team of young Japanese and European designers who designed it around the theme of "unbalanced." The team worked to create a car that would make the younger generation stop and look.
In stark contrast to the classic wide and low form, it has a totally new vehicle proportion that is centered in the front. It also has a plug-in hybrid powertrain, and the designers searched for new uses for the vehicle, such as features that power mobile devices.
FT-MV
FT-MV stands for Future Toyota Mini Van. In other words, it is a concept vehicle that expresses Toyota's first-class, next-generation minivan.
The square-shaped exterior design exudes presence, and the vibrant design of the side-window line and the fender arch gives the car a dynamic feel.
The interior expresses a sense of luxury that completely overturns the conventional minivan concept. It has six seats, and the second and third rows are all independent leather captain seats. It is like flying first class in an airplane, with fully-equipped features, such as fully automatic ottomans and a large liquid crystal display monitor.
Crown Hybrid Concept
The Crown Hybrid Concept is a new, inspiring luxury Crown sedan. It is built on the Crown original concept of being the most comfortable luxury passenger car in Japan. With a full width of 1,795mm, it is designed to evoke a sense of stability with respect to its front view and present a smooth front-to-rear line flow.
The vehicle is a rear-wheel drive, equipped with a 3.5-liter V6 gasoline engine and the Toyota Hybrid System II (THS II) with two-stage motor speed reduction device. It boasts the Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management (VDIM) system to ensure excellent vehicle stability and a high level of preventive safety.
The light-blue body color of the model on display conjures the image of water and sky, and expresses the outstanding environmental features it has as a hybrid car. The underlying tone of the headlight extensions and the rear lenses are also blue. In the interior, the analog instruments have been eliminated and a Finegraphic Meter has been installed that accurately displays needed information on a liquid crystal display screen, presenting a new way to offer information.
