The Selection Committee, whose members are entrusted by TOYOTA, will select the projects to be supported. The following are the members of the Selection Committee. |

| The proposed projects should acknowledge the Program objectives, key theme and grant categories and fulfill the application requirements. The following criteria will be applied for applications submitted under small-scale grants in the screening by the Selection Committee. |

Continuity and future development of the project

The projects should continue to be further developed even after completion. |

Collaboration with local communities

The projects should fully consider local contexts and the needs of the project implementation site, such as natural environment, geography, culture, economy, community and history. |

Funding sources
|
| · |
The projects should be implemented only with the fund from Toyota Environmental Activities Grant Program, and with the self-fund as a supplement, if necessary. |

Applicants will be notified of results by e-mail in the middle of July 2009. |

Detail on the final selection will be informed to the applicants who are qualified to the final selection with the results of first-stage selection. |

Applicants will be notified of results by e-mail by the end of October 2009. |
