•Organization Chart (As of March 2003)
In FY2002, Toyota continued to develop products applying its product environmental management system based on ISO 14001 standards. With regard to internal audits, there were some indications of minor non-compliance with regard to the management of environmental documentation, environmental education and training, etc. Corrective actions were immediately implemented.
Although an external audit identified three issues as items to be monitored, it found no instances of non-compliance on the whole and concluded that Toyota is appropriately applying and maintaining the environmental management system (EMS).
