Also, Lexus cars are sold by Lexus Dealers. At the dealer, salespeople ask the customers about their preferences, including model, color, and seat material, and place a production order with the factory. The car is delivered from the factory about four weeks after the order is placed. But the customer may have to wait a little while longer if there are more orders than expected. Dealers don't just sell cars--they also perform maintenance, repairs, and careful service to make sure the cars stay safe.
